I'm just a little black rain cloud...

I know that this trend has been popular for almost a year now, however I am not going to lie, I am still in love with balloon "props" for wedding and engagement photo shoots. The single oversized balloons are particularly pleasing and they remind me of the scene in Winnie the Pooh where he uses a similar balloon to disguise himself as a rain cloud in his never ending quest for honey. I could wax poetically about how versatile balloons could be or you check out these photos and wish that you too had a giant balloon.

I know that you have probably seen these images already so post today is not original, but I LOVE the balloons and maybe the first bride's love of all things anthropologie.... But I think the important thing to remember is that whether or not balloons are your thing or not, there are tons of different ways to personalize your engagement photos or wedding photos. Bring props that are important to you and your fiance. Pick a location that has meaning to you. Bring your pet along to the shoot. You get the idea. Or give me a call!
