As a wedding coordinator, our role is to function as a point person on your wedding day while building on months of planning. From reviewing and confirming vendor contracts, to creating a timeline, to checking in your guests, we make your life a little bit easier so you can actually enjoy your incredible wedding.
Our coordination service begins approximately ten weeks before the big day. Just enough time to make sure your celebration is seamless!
We take the guesswork out of wedding planning. With logistics as our focus, we will manage everything from vendor referrals and coordination, contract negotiations, budgets, design and vision to ensure that your wedding happens as smoothly as possible. From creating detailed timelines, to designing floor plans, to accompanying site tours and menu tastings, to directing the rehearsal, we’re here to support you! Oh, and if anything goes wrong? We handle that too.

Intentional lighting has the power to entirely transform a space. What started as a design add-on for our planning clients is now a stand alone offering by the Esq.Team. Our favorite spaces involve tents, barns and industrial venues that benefit from a little lighting design. Bistro lights remain a staple, but rustic, custom, and whimsical fixtures also make us smile.
